How does it work?

Step 1

Create an appointment with us via zoom. During the call, you'll inform James who you want to make this piece for, story behind it, your inspiration, budget and expected deadline.
Step 2

The team will communicate each update in the design process and communicate before final product is created.
Step 3

We provide 3D rendering, redefining and modifying designs until it's perfect!
Step 4

Upon approval your item will be brought to life in a timely fashion. Please plan ahead of the occasion so we can have the jewelry prepared for you.

The design process is entirely dependent on the complexity of the design. Some designs we can finalize in a day, others might take a few weeks. Once you approve your design manufacturing usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. As a general rule it is a good idea to plan for 6 to 8 weeks for the entire process, this allows for any unforeseen bump in the road. Rush design and manufacturing is also available at an additional charge.
Of course! In fact we love using gems that have sentimental value but are set in something that isn’t quite your style. Let us help you design something that you can enjoy wearing and let those gems get some sun again!
We can easily source the standards of the business: diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, silver, gold, platinum, ect. If there is a certain metal or gem you are interested in just ask, we are always up for a new challenge. We can get GIA graded diamonds, conflict free diamonds from Canada, lab created diamonds, teeny tiny cute little diamonds, and giant 20+ carat diamonds. We especially appreciate all the different colors that gemstones can offer and we think they can really make a piece standout. Options like bright orange sapphires, gentle green peridots, color changing alexandrites, and deep red rubies are exquisite choices.
